Unhappy Strange behaviour from and about 2000 (about) Dodge Durango

When my daughter signals for a right turn, all the lamps flash propery which to me indicates all the bulbs are functionaling correctly, including the right front bumper bulb, the right bumper rear bulb, and the right turn dash indicator. This was visually confirmed.

When she signals for a left turn, all three bulbs (Front/Rear/Dash) flash at a rate of
three times at 3 times the normal speeed.
I also visually confirmed that the three lights do illuminate even though they are really fast.
I am thinking it could be the flasher unit, or the wiring. I am looking forward to getting this fixed for her so she can
avoid a mechanical citation. Money is tight, so I really want to get this problem fixed on the first try.

Thanks, Ladies & Gents for your invaluable assistance.

That lets you know there is a malfunction in the system (Blown bulb). The front turn signals have two bulbs so although it still flashes it may only be one bulb, remove the front light (T10 hex if im not mistaken) and look at the bulbs/Check the connections.

+1 but its a torx head that holds the corner/flasher unit in place and that is most likely your issue

Hex/Torx, same differ
I dont have to worry about that though because the damn things stripped out on me and were replaced with a #2 phillips screw that was similar in size to make life easier without that red staples "easy" button.

nope a hex head takes an allen wrench to loosen/tighten and has 6 defined sides, a torx head is more of a star shape and has 6 points instead of flats

this is a torx

and

this is a hex
