Default Adjustable Shocks

Hi...
I want to buy manual adjustable shocks for my 1998
Durango 4x4 5.2 truck. I don't want to lift the truck, just replace the stock shocks. I'm running 31's on all 4 tires if that makes a difference. A few years ago I had 5000 and 9000 series Ranchos for my Explorer which I liked and were manual adjustable. It looks like Ranchos are not manual anymore unless I buy there upper end shocks. I just want mid quality aftermarket shocks with the manual adjustment feature. Anyone have some tips for me? They don't have to be Rancho, but around $40-70 or so per shock. Thanks.....Jeff

The 9000 is adjustable, you just need to buy the gauge adjuster separately IIRC. As for price... dunno

Thanks for the reply Indy.
Looks like the 9000 is only adjustable with the remote.
I just want a shock that has the dial **** built in to the shock.

Gotcha. Ya the 9000 in an "in cab" adjustment with the remote that I had referred to as the adjuster.

Try looking into one of the Off-Road and 4x4 specific sites for adjustable on-the-shock type you are looking for. I can't recall any since most looking for that spring for the in-cab setup on the D.

Good luck. Post info and pix when you are done!

Default Digging up the past

Yep, I bought some regular shocks last time. Time for some new shocks again.
Can anyone steer me in the right direction for some Manual Adjustable Shocks for my 98 Durango? I'm not interested in the Rancho 9000's with the incab remote. Manual adjust is what I would like, please. Still am running 31's with stock lift~~~
Thanks....Jeff

Yeah, I'm just going to go with the Rancho's.
