Yes, under the wiper cowl against the firewall. I have a photo of the resister and a diagram in the thread to view.

Thunder...I had the same problem on an 02. Like Indy said, replace the blower motor resistor under the passenger side dash and your problem will be solved. Its like an 11 dollar part at the dealer and it will take just a few minutes and a screwdriver.
