Errrr? Yours most likely just has the fix already applied to it to keep this from happening. Once the TSB was released as the fix for older 4.7s, they integrated the fix in to future production runs. Doubtful anyone would see a 2009 for example with that type of emulsification.

My 2008 4.7 has the oil fill and pcv valve in the valve cover. I have never seen anything on the cap with that design.

Thats because you have a 2008 Durango which is different then the 2000-2002 that the problem lie. These are two completely different puppies. You D had the problem taken care of and is a complete different design.
Okay i see alot of different oil weights what should i use in my truck i currewntly use valvoline synthetic 5 w 20

check your owners manual, whatever that says is what you use i think its 5w30, but im not 100% sure i have it written down in the back of my book for when i go to buy oil
