P0770 is a 4C solenoid circuit ( 4 Clutch ), on the 45RFE or 545RFE.

P0700 EATX Ctrller DTC Present

This is just a generic code????? I'm wondering if it just needs and adjustment or a bad pressure solenoid.

P0700 is to let the owner know there are transmission codes in the TCM. The owner then needs to have the a scanner to read the stored codes in the TCM and find out what it may need. The only trans code anyone will get is the P0700 on the odometer.

On the main 1st generation Durango main page there is a sticky on the top of the page Engine Code Index (Check Engine Light?) but I'll save you the time looking it up:

P0750 Shift Solenoid A

Looks like a 1st/2nd shift solenoid that is hanging up to me:

Replace the solenoid pack, it on top of the valve body and also inspect the side plate on the valve body too. And both filters.
