Duranged<-----Their talking about the front sway bar busings not the leaf?
Anyway, I got some replacments from NAPA that are OEM replacements. To do it, you simply have blocks. one on the outer sections of the lower control arm. There is one block mounted under each side of the frame. 4 Blocks total. There is 2 bolts on each of the outer and inner blocks. While the truck is on the ground (do not jack it up!) undue these blocks on the control arm and turn them down. Next loosen the blocks from under the frame. Replace these one at a time and clean and lubricate them with a good White Lithium Grease on the area of between the sway bar and bushing. Not bushing and block!

ok thanks hydra. what would be the thickness of the swaybar on a 4x4 so i can get the correct size bushing. is it 33mm? and i was talking about 2 things in the post. the bushings and that my shackles are rubbing against this metal piece in the pics and its making an annoying a** sound. idk why they are rubbing tho take a look at the pics.

My front end squeeks when i go over bumps. How could i stop this squeeking?? its annoying as hell. I think it's coming from the 2 bushings that are around that fat sway bar looking pipe in the front. should i just lube those suckers up?
And question for those with a t/s lift using the 6400 belltech shackles.
Do your guys es shackles touch the metal part up top where the shackles bolt on onto the frame? mine touch and it makes it squeek a little bit. i hate squeeks. should i lube that up too? lol
thanks

I have an 06 dodge and the sqeeking thing happened to me. It was coming from the top of the strut where that little medal rod sticks up. I changed struts i did everything. ALl i need was wd40 NO BS seriously spray wd40 ontop where ur struck is where there is the three bolts (ontop of the place u would install a leveling kit) and no more squeeking i promise u man, Its funny because i saw the name of this thread and i was no way someone had the same problem and by god u did hahaha hope that helps.
