Ya flush that thing real good and switch to Fully Synthetic 10W-30 oil as it was better detergents to help clean it out and keep it that way.

thanks guys i have been running synthetic in it and ran some cleaner through it today and changed the oil and filter and there was some small flakes that looked like dry oil and some jello looking stuff. i put some fresh oil in it and am just going to change it again soon to make sure it all gets out. but yeah it was some jello/ flubbery looking stuff that was dark. so im betting it was some sludge. but what do expect from oil that sat for that long.

Please say you took pics of it! I'm not being sarcastic, but you may be one of very few that have sludge!

yup it is possible, but i also want pics before i say anything definitely, just cause sludge usually doesnt come oozing out with an oil change (at least in my experience)
