the FAKE wood grain was on the SLT+ models of the truck (mine has it too), you make a good point about the mirror, i too would like to know if that spot is a compass or just a trick of the light

Good eye. Doorpanels and dash trim are from an '00. The ONLY year you could get the woodgrain with the 98-00 interior. I love the woodgrain, and I love the chrome doorhandles, but I liked the suede inserts that I had with the tan interior, so when I purchased the seats, the truck I got the seats out of also had the doorpanels in real nice shape. I can't use those in my truck so I just tore them apart to get the suede door cards. I've been slowly converting my doorpanels over to the suede inserts. Not a very fun task.
The seats came out of an '01 R/T and both front seats are heated, with full power. I'm pretty limited as to pics of the seats, I never seem to take any, but here are some of the ones I could find.

Here is my latest creation, swapping out the leather/vinyl inserts in the doorpanels to the suede from the 01+ R/T doorpanels.

Yes, that is a compass mirror and is a direct replacement and requires no modifications if you already have the auto dimming rearview mirror (standard with the overhead console with computer) I suppose it's pointless, if you already have the overhead console as it has the compass in it. Sometimes I keep my overhead console on MPG display, I guess it's useful in that respect.

Default Mine

I also did the R/T interior swap, I could not figure out the heated seats though...The power part was super easy, the plug was already under the carpet! For the heat there was a 10 wire plug that I am trying to find the vehicle side for and I am going to try again.

Yeah, the '01+ trucks are prewired for power and have a partial harness for the heated seats. You should even have the plugs for the heated seats under the carpet. They should be green in color.

The lower part of the harness is what comes prewired. You can see the plug, and from that point up you need the module, and the short harness that contains the switches.

I have the R/T console as well, it has the module/harness you are showing at the top (all the stuff in wire loom/wrap down to the large black plug) but no plug that connects from the vehicle wiring to it. I could not figure out the the wiring interface to save my life. Any insight would be fabulous!
