Default what did i do to the tranny/

when changing the filter and fluid on my dad's D (now mine) I tightened a screw with a lock nut that i thought was for the band located toward the back passenger side. Now that i know that this tranny doesn't have bands, what did I tighten? it was pretty easy to reach with the pan off.

Welcome to DF
Do you have a 4.7L motor or the 5.9L? This will tell me what transmission you have.

That screw you turned may have been the return bypass valve for the return filter.
