Default stock amp?

i have a 99 "dirty D" slt with the infinity system. i heard there was a amp in it... where would that be located?

Your best bet if you are going to do that is pull it completely out and change the stereo as well.

You will not find an aftermarket amp to fit. You will end up replacing it with something "real" if you do a swap. Otherwise, keep it and swap just the headunit.

thats nice.. im going with 6 10's and i was going to do a touch screen flip out since the double dins dont fit (or will they?) and i was going to do aftermarket everything i just thought it'd be easier to find the stock amp and go from there with the mid's and high's

You're right. Double dins do not fit. A flip out is the right way to go. Again, here is mine...
