Default Transfer Case 4H PT, 4L PT light

When I change into 4H PT or 4L PT the dash light showing me that it is in that gear does not show... I just replaced my transfer case because the last one I had binded uppp. When testing it out jacked up in the garage the light was engaging and just last night I tested it out. It seems to work in those gears it just doesn't show up on the dash. Curious if there is wiring problem or something.

Was the lite working before? If it was, you could have blown a fuse or a bulb is burn out. The number 11 fuse is for the 4x4.

Could be a bulb or it is the 4X4 light switch on the T-case. I would replace the switch.

Here is some usefull info on your T-case:

It's a bad range switch on the T-case.

Which T-case do you have?

It's located just above where the selector shaft goes into the NV231 Transfer Case.
