Hello all. I was recently Changing the oil in my 2000 Durango SLT and when I was underneath removing the skid plate i saw what appeared to be a bracket hanging down. Upon further inspection I realized it was the linkage to the 4WD shift lever. I could put it back in the connector but it would not stay and I did not see how it stayed in there(clip etc.) There was a rubber tip but that was it. Any ideas? Thanks.
shrpshtr325,The bushing is still there. But what holds it in place? I can put it back in but it will come right out. I wrapped a piece of wire around it for now but want to fix it right.
Thanks
