Default Please help 1999 dodge durango auto

this durango is showing codes Po733- gear 3 ratio incorrect and po734-gear 4 ratio incorrect. how can a person correct these?

if you have a superchips tuner you can reset the codes... or you can try resetting the pcm.

Basically remove the negative side to the battery and then reconnect, see if you get the codes again

to reset the pcm you disconnect the negative battery terminal, and either leave it off overnight, or turn the ignition key to start for 30 seconds to drain any residual current from the capacitors in the system, if you do not do one of these you WILL NOT reset the PCM

and those sound to me like transmission codes, i would get in touch with master_tech, he is the local trans expert

Sounds like a 1st/2nd shift solenoid or Governor to me.

I left out something, in drive it won't go over 25 mph, but in 1st and 2nd it works fine.
