Jazz,
If it were me I'd carefully open up the switch assembly and do some cleaning to that particular switch. I did this to 2 chevys and a nissan with perfect results.

sounds like a dirty or bad switch, as fox fader said, either clean it out or get a drivers door switch panel from a scrap yard and try swapping it out (could try unplugging it and plugging it back in first, that sometimes works)

That my work too. Plug may have a dirty contact not just a switch.

Sounds like a loose connection at the master console on the driver's door. Most of the time, a simple reseating of the wiring harness on the master console will resolve this issue.

+1 on that!

Other thing it could be is a bad diode in the switch and if that's the issue you need to replace the drivers side switch as it is the master.

I've got the same problem. Tried a different master switch yesterday with the same results. Getting ready to trace wiring.

I would try another one or take that one apart firstand clean it. there are also several threads on this forum about jumping the lockout switch as that is more than likely what is wrong with yours.
