Default roof rack

got a question for you guys. my durango doesnt have the roof rack on it. looking for pictures of the roof of your trucks that are equipped so i can see whati need. hoping i can hit the junk yards to get the rack

do i need to change anything about the roof or do i only need the cross bars? i dont know how it is mounted to the roof.

ill try and take some pictures of mine for you tomorrow, but there should be channels on either side that they slide in (take a picture of your room and i should be able to tell you just in case i get distracted/forget)

I believe you open the rear hatch and slide them on into the groves from rear to front. Consult your owners manual if you need.

dont need to open the hatch, (at least on mine) there are tabs at the back end of the vehicle in the rails that pop out so you can drop the cross bars in or take them out, ill get a picture eventually, i promise

What you do is unscrew the pieces that are located on the ends of both rack rails. Then you unlatch the slides by pulling up on the tabs. Then you slide them out one at a time. Unscrew from roof, clean and replace in reverse. HTH.
