However the way I do it, it has 3 layers of protection for a good price and piece of mind. We all have our opinions; I just showed everyone how I do it. Whatever anyone else wants to use is up to them. That is why I brought up grease, it's just an alternative.

i guess iv been lucky, never had corrosion problems with mine, and never used any of the anti-corrosion sprays, or rings or any of that stuff (watch, i go home at xmas time and have to spend the time in 20* weather while its snowing cleaning and reseating the battery connections 
)
