Will do, thanks. Here's what I've found so far.
Autozone - Duralast/Transmission Control Solenoid (TCS75) = 133.99 w/lifetime warranty, pressure sensor not listed on website.
Transmissionspartsusa both solenoid and sensor 111.00 shipped warranty period not listed
www.800700tran.com both solenoid and sensor 72.00 shipped rebuilt 5yr warranty and 140.00 shipped new with 10 yr warranty.
Autozone has one for the price of two elsewhere, but the warranty means I'll never have to buy another. Also I've read I should change the Overdrive lockup solenoid while I'm in there. Opinions on whether I should change it or not. I don't want the truck to be out of commission to long, so quick replies would be appreciated.

I got all the parts together for the transmission dropped the pan, installed the pressure sensor and the BW governor solenoid. I put everything back together and the code was still there. I went back to the computer for more research and found this while searching: (Disconnect your oxygen sensors. The oxygen sensors use the same sensor ground circuit as the governor transducer, and a shorted sensor can bleed into the governor transducer's signal without setting an oxygen sensor code). So I clearedthe code, disconnected the rear 02 sensor and when I started her up no CEL. I then scanned for codes and didn't find any. I reconnected the sensor, the cel came on showing P1762. It appears to have been the rear o2 sensor, the gray sensor wire had somehow got cut. I was randomly getting P0420 because of my highflow cat, it was so random I never installed the 02 simm I got from the Fastman. I had the simm for about 1 1/2 years and I finally put it to use instead of soldering the wire back together. So it appears I changed the the transmission parts unnecessarily, which cost about $100. I was due for a trans fluid change anyway, so no biggie there.
So for anyone else with this problem disconnect your 02 sensors first, that could be the problem and save yourself some time & money. Here's some pic for your enjoyment
02 simm
Oem solenoid and Ebay solenoid still in plastic I have to return it unopened. Notice the tip of the ebay solenoid sticks out a little further.
All three
valve and where it goes
Thanks to everyone for there advice and to those who wanted to say something but didn't.
Btw; I've been driving her for the last two days, haven't had any problems and the trans shifts like new.

Second update; Since my last post I've change the front 02 sensor and replaced the 8 Pin connector for the governor solenoid harness. After taking care of the transmission codes, I got two codes for the front 02 sensor. I also need a neutral safety switch harness, which I started a different thread about. The plastic harness on the connectors had become so brittle, they fell apart when I touched them. Below are pics of the Governor solenoid harness wires and the replacement harness which I had to solder. Also the old Bosch 02 sensor and the new Denso sensor which I got free.
I pulled the harness up through the engine compartment for better access while soldering.
I've been code free for 2 weeks and the transmission shifts like new.
