Got my truck back from the paint shop!

Got my truck back from the paint shop!
Man, I forget how good the truck looked all black. I've had a few different colors on it since July-ish after I replaced all the body panels again with CFC parts due to hitting a deer. I had to drive it around like that because my '88 Conquest decided it didn't want to live (Must not have liked 22psi of boost) anymore and lost oil pressure.
Before the first deer..
Fixed for the first time...
Then another deer about a month after fixing it. Good thing I didn't buy another brushguard.
After replacing everything AGAIN. Windshield, fenders, hood, grille, and 01+ bumper... All came from different rust free CFC vehicles
'01 running boards...
All back together
Can't wait to start driving this thing again, especially now that there is snow on the ground

I actually hit both deer at 60mph. One was on the interstate and the other was on a back road. Neither time set off the airbags, but the deer in the second one (without the brushguard) went up over the hood and smashed the windshield...
The silver '01 Durango I have is actually the truck I thought was a better deal at the time. I bought both of these trucks within a month apart. It's an '01 SLT+ with the 5.9, every option except the R/T and AWD package. I bought my black truck a month beforehand because I wanted a Durango, and everything I looked at up until the black one were totally beat and rotted. I jumped on the black one because I *knew* I wouldn't find a cleaner truck for the same value. I paid $2800 cash in Oct '08. November '08 comes around and I see the '01 on Craigslist, seller wanted $4500. I call him up and talk on the phone about it, offer him $3500 cash for it and he bites immediately. I kinda thought that was a little strange he was willing to take a $1k hit, so I had my mind set for the worst when I went to look at it. I was surprised when I saw it, and I liked it. So I bought it.
That's how I ended up with two. haha.
But to answer your question.. The silver Durango likes to eat Cobalts. You probably think "This guy must not be able to drive" Kinda hard to stop the 5000lb beast from 55-60 when somebody pulls off a side road directly infront of you around 30 feet to spare.
Insurance took care of this one for me, estimated damage was $4800.
Before:
Ouch..
After
Same body shop did the whole insurance repair on my '01.. Came out beautiful as well. These guys do great work.
Only mod I'll ever do to the silver one, is the V8 fender emblems and clear corner lights.

I wasn't so lucky, the brushguard did a lot of damage to my truck, the pass side headlight guard must have flexed on impact and whacked the fender where the V8 emblem was, BIG dent. As you can see it got pushed to the drivers side a good 5". All the KC daylighters got rammed into my AC condenser, but I guess if the guard wasn't there I would have needed a radiator. The AC condenser was about half an inch away from hitting the radiator.
I gotta say though the truck is definitely a trooper. I love 'em!
Anyways, she's all back together now and here is how she looks:
EDITED: Pics have been moved to the first post.. Moved photos in my Photobucket and killed the links..
The real question now is, whether or not I'm going to rebadge the hatch with 2G emblems, or wait until the 3rd gens come out, or just say screw it all together.
