Just listing common sensor problems here, but:
Throttle Position Sensor (Most likely)
MAF Sensor (Possible)
Crank Sensor (Definitely not)

Since you're already replaced the IAC and the Oxygen Sensor, my guess would be that your TPS will be the one needing a change.

Check the wiring harness under the power steering pump. It's weird but there can be a small leak in the pressure switch that drips down to the harness where the O2 sensors are carried.

yea i second what widow said check the power steering switch for a leak

also i think you meant maf sensor since these trucks dont have a barometric pressure sensor, just the maf sensor.

also i have to ask the stupid question bc so many people forget this step

after replacing the sensor did you reset the computer? if not it can take 50-500 miles of driving for the computer to adjust to the new sensors

If the power steering has been leaking for a while. Remove the PCM connectors and inspect the connector for oil. If you do find oil in the PCM, Clean the connectors and pray the PCM has not been shorted out.
