I had to take mine to the shop because my D pulled to the right. The spec's from the alignment was only slighly out of specs, so, yes I would suggest doing it after the t/s lift. Take it to Brakes Plus, they are doing alignments for $48.
Good to know, I have 160k on it and i'm worried about parts wearing out early. The steering and suspension is still really tight and responsive though for the miles.
I have 100k on mine, after doing the t/s, the steering is still tight, just a little more body roll, the front now feels like the back as far as stiffness goes... It's too soon to tell about other parts wearing out, but I'm sure the ball joints will go quicker, but those are cheap and easy to do (with the right tools and beer)
