Default Read codes, now what to do

Followed directions to read codes and here they are on my 2000 durango 4.7 4x4. P0203 injector #3, what do I need to do? P0700 internal TCM (transmission), what do I need to do? I just had it serviced on 7-08-2011. Last code P1296. I already replaced MAP reset codes and the code came back up. I took it to a garage and they said the No 5 volts where not being read correctly through the ECM and suggested I replace it. I did, new ECM. Code comes up again. Now what?

P0203 Injector #3 Ctrl Circ
P0700-INTERNAL TCM
P1296 No 5Vs to MAP Sens

P0203----Swap #3 injector with a different injector from a different cylinder and see if it sparks a different code for that cylinder. If it does replace that injector.

P0700----Reset the PCM and hope it goes away. This is the TCM not the transmission. It is the Transmission Control Module. It is an external module and I think in your 2003 they included it into the PCM. Try to re-install your old PCM.

P1296---- This sounds like you could have a bad wire going from the PCM to the sensor or a bad or corroded harness. To track this one I would remove the 3 wire harness form the TPS and measure the voltage at the harness. It should be the wire closest to the cab as your 5 volt lead. If you have power then the issue is after the sensor. The return wire should be the middle wire and this voltage after going through the sensor should only be around 4.5 volts at Wide Open Throttle (WOT). If you are getting power out of the sensor then you will have to look back at the PCM to see if you have the power back or if it is a return wire that is bad.
