The leak is most likely caused by brittle/cracked hose leading to the charcoal canister. Crawl under the drivers side door, look for black box in front of the gas tank. Once you find it, inspect the hoses coming from the box. I bet one is cracked.

P0456 Evap Leak Monitor Small (0.020) Leak Detected
P0463 Fuel Level Sending Unit Volts Too Hi

P0456 --- Could be a bad gas cap or leak in the lines at the carbon canister.

P0463----I've never seen this one, however it could mean that the resistor on the fuel pump is going bad and you would need to replace the fuel pump. It is an all in one unit about $200 bucks.

You do seem to have a lot of problems with codes, was this truck taken care of and all of a sudden these issues occurred or is this all of a sudden?
