I would say like a normal light bulb if you see broken filiments may be or discoloration. Hard to tell though since the ones I ran for 2 plus years were super discolored and looked burned out but in fact worked fine.

The fact that both are having the same problem would reduce the chances of the bulbs I think. Contact the seller and let him know. Seriously, take it in to a mod shop and ask. Can't believe you're still dealing with this. I'd be going nuts

Well I sent the ballast back to them and finally just got the replacements back. The replacements are the old style ballasts. I had the slim digital ones and they sent me the big fat versions. Any ways I hooked them up and I got nothing. I tried it with and with out the relay/capacitor harness.

Any suggestions. The bulbs are a little grey in the middle but otherwise look ok.

I'm broke since i just started college at 1300 a class lol so just buying new stuff can't happen right now. So i have to deal with the company that i bought them from.

Any help or suggestions or anything at all would be greatly appreciated.
