Default need help with this trans rebuild

This is gonna be short and to the point i have other issues with my D but that's gonna be tackled at another time. So first things first. I bought my 5.9 set 4x4 in February and a couple months ago it started to slip while driving. I did a simple trans service with new fluid and filter. Inspected all wiring. Everything "looked" ok. Now its making a whining noise when I **** out of park. Also seem like it acts like a manual trans. When i get to a stop sign it dies like i didn't push the clutch in. I think it could be the tcc not sure though. Im new to mopar so this isn't easy. Anyways i checked the trans fluid and it was black with metallic flakes. Time for a rebuild!!! Can any one help me put together a parts list for the 46re. Im planning to use the rig to get to work and take the boat to the lake and defiantly some wheeling. Thanks for your support.

You don't have a TCM in that truck as it is mostly hydraulically controlled with little interface of electronic. Did you adjust the front band when you were in there?

Disconnect the electrical connector on the drivers side, shortly behind the shift linkage. (should be like an 8 pin connector) Take the truck for a drive. Bear in mind, you will not have ANY automatic function AT ALL. You will have to shift each gear manually. (and o/d will never engage.....) If the trans actually shifts this way, replace governor pressure sensor and solenoid. The other thing you could try is the transmission output speed sensor.

My advise is to replace the transmission with a mopar reman trans and flush the cooler or replace the cooler and the one way check valve. I could build a list for you. But it maybe cheaper to replace the trans. Warranty on mopar remans are 3years or 100k.

My Equipment ID decal was still readable, back panel of my glovebox. Plus a vin trace confirmed it. Comp nine is pretty good but I'm not sure if their totally accurate....

@hydrashocker I never did adjust that front or rear band bit i think its too late for that.
@master tech id like to compare the rebuild to buying a mopar a new trans. Money is tight... Had to put down the D and buy another car. Plus the three kiddos and a wife that loves to spend money. So if you could put a heavy duty list together that would be sweet!!

I have a 5.2L, so I'm not sure if it's the same transmission or not. I had it rebuilt in 2008. Here's what they listed on my Invoice. I checked the first part number and Google found the kit, so they may be helpful.
P/N Desc
--------- ---------------------------
K1200H-S Rebuilding Kit
K1200H-9 Steel kit
K12980H Bushing Kit
12034 Bushing, 904,A500,A604,A606, 413,470,670 Pump Body (Babbit)
K12941G Bearing Kit
12905H Band
45814 Roller Clutch
12815R Overdrive Roller Clutch
K12874X Sol/Sensor Kit
32876 Output Speed Sensor
MDS Torque Converter
12877 Govener Pressure Control Solenoid
K12835HA Overdrive Gear Set
+ Filter & fluid.

This totaled $1300 3 years ago. I would try everything possible before undertaking this, unless you've done this before. Good luck!

Thats a nice list, But doesn't have the sun gear or planetary gears and washers or front pump assy or valve body. But that depends on much debris is in the transmission.
