My name is Corey, just turned 30 end of august. live in Abbotsford, BC, Canada. Married 6 years I have a 5 year old Son and a 10 month Daughter. I work in the aviation industry fixing light single and twin engine fixed wing aircraft. I have been turning wrench's since I was old enough to get tools for my step dad. I took apart our old rotary dial phone when I was 8 and mom says when she asked why I replied "I wanted to see how it worked inside".

Hello, I'm Laura I have enjoyed the help from this forum for the past 4 years I am the first and only owner of my baby 2001 Durango RT. I do need to take better care of it. I am envious of you all that take things apart just to clean and maintain. I would love to learn how to fix my truck myself, but usually just watch someone do it

Name is Mark Pandanell and I just turned 50 on the 15th.

Got out of the Navy after 6 years and became a FF/EMT. Been a FF for 18 years now with 7 to maybe 10 years to go. If I can go 10 more, then I will get 100% of my pay at retirement.

Been married for 14 years now with two daughters, one is 20 the other 13.

I'm a Dallas Cowboy fan and the Wife is a Houston Texan fan. Our garage door, though the house is not yellow anymore.

I also work at Garner Environmental Services as my second job. I am a Safety Officer.

Fishing is our past time, or safe to say, our obsession. We have a 22' Pursuit center console with a Yamaha 225hp.


We live in Texas City, Texas which is located between Houston and Galveston Island. So living on the Gulf Coast, we fish A LOT.

Just spent 5 days for my birthday in Cozumel.

A few weeks ago. we caught these the day before. Stayed out late, so we cleaned them at the Station the next day on shift. Slot Redfish, which have to be between 20" and 28" to keep, plus a Shovelhead Shark right at 5'. His son went with us, so that is why we have 9 Redfish. The daily limit is 3 a piece.


We caught them at the end of the day and they started biting right before the "cool" front hit us. We would drop right down from the boat in 30' of water and could not get the lines down fast enough for them. Took about 25 minutes to catch the 9 and that does not count the ones over size that we had to throw back.
This is what forced us to leave them biting and head in quickly! Snap these pics while doing 43MPH to get back in before it hit us. We got about 100 yards from the launch when the wind slammed us. But we could have stayed out as it past quickly with no rain. haha

Ended up working in a hospital that summer. Went to Kent State and have my BSN/RN.
Worked 9 yrs as staff RN. 7 yrs as Assist Unit Manager and 14 yrs as Case Manager.
Retired 17 months ago. Have a 71 Road Runner finished painting this summer. SubLime Green If ya dont hear me ya sure as hell can see me coming down the road.
Have a 21 ft Proline cuddy walkaround, Fish Lake Erie and Lake Ontario tournament once in a while. Golf more now. Lots of live music Just went to a club to see Dick Dale last Thurs. Original surfer guitarist. Love Little Feat, Kenny Wayne Shepard. , Brian Auger, Monty Montgomery, Allan Holdsworth, Glass Harp, Walter Trout,Joe Santriani, Joe Bonamassa, The Sensational Alex Harvey Band, The Black Keys, John Coltrane. The James Gang. Member Mid Ohio Mopars and West Cleveland Walleye Assoc. Go to Mopar Nats every year in Columbus and sometime Chryslers at Carlisle too
Just past yr or 2 have seen Metric, My Chemical Romance, Fun, AirBorne Toxic Event. Just tryin to keep it fresh.

 

I'm Chris and I drive a 98 Durango SLT. I am currently active duty USAF currently working as Security Forces but retraining soon. I am pursuing a BA in Psychology and I look to pursue a career in law enforcement or possibly probation. I love my D and was close to trading her in for a new Charger. I am learning how to repair my own vehicle to cut my costs down. I learned about this site while trying to figure out how to get the stinking abs and parking brake lights to go out.

My name is Matt, 35 yrs old, 1 daughter about to be 8. Grew up in TN, moved to TX in 1998. Divorced in 2007. had to have major back surgery in 2008. I work as a computer tech at one of the school districts here. I worked for another one before, and before that I was a database administrator / voicemail system programmer/ call accounting tech. We had contracts with Army and AirForce lodging facilities all over the US.

Love working for the schools, its good work, but the pay sucks. LOL
