Played with the D a little and see the mark on the pulley not lining up exactly with the TDC mark on the engine block.

it is off to the driver's side by a couple of marks on the engine block.
Good? Bad? and IF bad...what to do.

Also looking at that pulley with the mark it seems to wobble a little. Checking it and it is not lose or movable.

(Is that pulley called the harmonic balancer?)

How is the durango running first of all. 2nd you do use a timing light to check the timing. You need a scanner to read the dist for sink timing range.
