Default Bluetooth OBDII scanner tool for Android Phone

Check this out. For less than $100, one of the best OBDII scanners I have seen for android and iphones. Wireless via Bluetooth.

I bought a generic chinese bluetooth reader off ebay for $20 shipped and it works great. I use the torque app ($5) on my android phone and it works great and shows all the live readouts.

Just looked at Amazon and they have the Bluetooth OBDII scanner for $13.49 free shipping!

http://www.amazon.com/Soliport-Bluet...6756227&sr=8-1

Bought me one of these instead of the $99 one just to experience it.

Downloaded Torque Pro app for $5. They have a free version but does not have all the coolies as the pro does.

Please be aware, these cheapy models, you may get a bad one out of the box as alot of users have commented about it. Oh well, you get what you pay for. I'll upgrade to a reliable one once I finish playing around with this one if this cheapie one goes out later.

Any of these work with iOS or a MacBook? I'd love to get one, but all I've got are Apple products.

And after asking it looks like there are a decent number of software options that would work for me. I'll be getting one of these soon! I'd be interested to know if anyone makes any software (Windows or Mac) that would let you use this to program remotes and keys. We have a couple Neons that we'd like to add more keys to, but only have one programmed key for each of them, Mom managed to misplace them LOL.

all dodge vehicles can have extra key fobs programmed by the owner as long as you have at least ONE fob which is already programmed check your owners manual and it should be there, i know it is in both our dodges. (and the last 2 we owned before these too, totalling 4)
