They have hydraulic lash adjusters there should be no need for it. Why do you think you need to adjust the valves? You may have another problem.

I have bad compresion ratio in two cylinders 6bar and 3bar

So yesterday I try by my sef to correct adjustment with some steel plates under the rocker. I started engine for minute and again tetsted compression ratio and it was up from 3 bar to 8,5 bar

Maybe I have problem with hydraulic lash adjusters? Seems that they are to wide opened

Sorry we are used to compression in PSI can you convert it for us? Get those steel plates out of there and do a wet compression test. To do a wet compression test put some oil down the spark plug hole and then do the compression test. Which cylinders are you low on? Give us as much info as possible no matter how trivial.

3 bar = about 45 psi
8.5bar = about 125 psi

either way those numbers seem low to me, also plates under the rockers is just asking for trouble, the hydraulic adjusters may need to be replaced in order to achieve correct adjustment

Ok. In some free day I'll take off adjusters and clean it.

If you have bad compression on two cylinders, you may want to have a leak down test done. That will let you know if the exhaust or intake valves are leaking.
