Ok, i've went ahead and ordered the new PCM (again). Its the only thing i can think of after testing everything else, cleaning and greasing all the connections, even building a heatshield/ bracket to keep pressure on the connectors at the PCM!

So either today or tomorrow I go pick up the new PCM and see if this fixes the problem.

 

ok, just finally threw a check engine light! The truck stalled out on me at a red light, had to hop out and mess with the connectors at the PCM and then hop in and restart it. Thats when it threw the check engine light at me. Pulled code P0725 for transmision speed sensor. Got one of those on order now too! Probably will be replacing the ABS speed sensor, CKP, and CMP sensors as well, just to rule them out.

 

New PCM installed, so far so good...
