yes there are, but he was thinking that the second one was a 2 piece also and was asking why the 3 holes that are normally in the corner light were in the main housing for the headlight that should only have 1.

But look at the main part of the headlight. It has 3 holes. and the part below it which is the corner and that has a hole two. So why would the turn signals be combined with the turn in one spot if there is a corner???

I had no idea to even that that these were one or two piece units. I just thought they were what they were. But yes, why would there be 3 holes in the main housing if there is a corner housing???

the stock assemblies have 2 piece housings, one with 3 bulbs in it which is what is referred to as the corner assembly, this is the amber part from the front of the truck. the main housing is the square piece that is on and contains the headlight bulb for high/low beam headlights

there are some assemblies available which combine these two parts into one, it still needs to have all the same bulbs in it if you want everything to function correctly

yeah, the first one you posted is a 2 pc with 1 hole in the main and 3 holes in the corner housing. The 2nd one is a 1 pc with all 4 holes in one unit.

Now that I've made the decision, I thought of a few questions. Sorry lol.

So from what I can tell, it comes with a new headlight bulb. Should I use that bulb or the one in the car already?

And I cant figure it out but do you see if the first one comes with the three corner bulbs? If not, what bulbs do I need to buy? Or will the corner bulbs I have already work in there?

the headlight would depend on the brand. If those corners don't come with bulbs you'll need 2 3157 amber bulbs and 1 194 amber bulb for each corner. Usually they come with bulbs though.

Alright. So what's the difference between a 3157 and a 194?

size, application, base, brightness, lots of things. The 3157 is a dual filament (one bright and one dim) bulb with a t25 (25mm) base used for turn signals and brake lights. The 194 is a smaller bulb with a t10 (10mm) base that is used for the sidemarker (and some other stuff such as footwell lights too).

You need 2 3157 bulbs for the turn signals and park lights in each corner and 1 194 for the sidemarker in each corner.

In total you will need 4x 3157s and 2x 194s if your corners don't come with bulbs. Make sure you get yellow/amber bulbs because the lenses are clear.

If you type in 3157 bulb or 194 bulb on google you can see pictures of them and some info if you're curious.
