Welcome to DF
I will move your post to the 1st Gen Durago section. You didn't state which engine you have.

You need to do a compression test on each cylinder. You can rent the tester from Advance auto or Autozone. Return it and get your money back.

If you are lucky your head gaskets will be blown.

If you are unlucky the heads will be warped, which is what I think has happened.

In my 60 years fixin' the locals cars and trucks I've realised that when the rad hoses blow with the hot Texas weather the engines die pretty soon and almost always warp the heads.

+1 I agree, The head gaskets are both probably blown and I would take the cylinder heads to a machine shop to be checked for being warped and cracks especially between the valves.

Where I can buy cylinder heads for the 4.7 L engine (Durango). Any idea in the cost of the repair?
