Default 33X11.5 on my wifes durango

I have been a viewing here as a guest for sometime now trying to figure out how I could get the set of 33x11.5x16 I had sitting around to fit the Durango. Well I achieved it without a body lift and very minimal inner fender trim. I purchased a set of the Autozone 2" lowering shackles ( they call them lowering shackles but on the Durango they are lift shackles ) and the gave me a lift of 3" with leafs all the way to the bottom of shackle. I also purchased a set of ROX torsion keys. First I cranked the stock keys the recommended 8 turns and then backed them all the way off to remove them, 18 turns. I installed the Rox Keys and cranked them from install, 0 turns, to 18 turns which raised the front 2.75 inches. Installed the tires and drove for a bit to see where they might rub. The only thing I had to trim was about 1/2" from the very inner lip of the fender flare and about 3/4" up and 4" wide on the back of the inner fender. Thanks to all in this forum for giving me some ideas and to the others who hate the torsion keys, I cant figure out why.

Those do fill up the wheel arches nicely. Any rubbing on full lock?

Yes it did rub minimally. I had to trim the lower part of the bumper cover and a slight amount of the inner fender. You can see the trimmed bumper cover in the shot of the wheel and tire. Had I been able to find my heat gun probably could have not had to trim the inner fender at all. As for the bumper cover I would not recommend heat as its painted. The best tool for trimming in my opinion is a 4" angle grinder. Makes for a clean looking cut.

Yeah it is a clean cut. Without having another picture of how it used to be to compare it to you have a hard time telling anything is different.

Agreed. Its a very clean job and well done. As somewhat of a perfectionist I can say it was done extremely well.

It is hard to tell from the pics the difference in height but that is really what I like about it the most. It looks stock but is 4 to 5 inches taller than others I have parked next to. Thanks for the comments on how clean the trim cuts are, I too am a perfectionist.
