99 5.2 4WD Durango rear wiper motor
99 5.2 4WD Durango - rear washer fluid will squirt, nothing from motor however. No noise/vibration in switch when moved, no noises from motor itself. Any suggestions before I pay too much to have it replaced? *Also, thought the starter was bad, turned out to be the starter wire. Never encountered that before!

Well, you're in the wrong section but I'd be taking off the panel on the rear hatch and start poking around to see if anything is loose/worn/chewed up in the way of wiring. You might be able to go to a junkyard and pull a wiper motor from another Durango or maybe even a Caravan with the same look rear hatch.
BTW, Welcome to DF!

I've never had a preference between brands, just ended up always driving Dodges and have had good luck with them, both cars and trucks, and one aunt and uncle won't buy anything but Dodge (or Chrysler, same van) minivans.
Anyway, I have a spare 98-00 style wiper motor that I'd sell cheap... Also remember that 98-00 rear wiper motors will NOT interchange with 01-03 versions. With the new interior they added an intermittent rear wiper feature, and the plug on the motors is different, so if you get a motor from a 01-03 you'll be SOL.

Thank you for the extra input Compactc9.
My rear wiper has been acting up over the last 6 months or so and it actually quit right in the center of the window the other morning.
So I'm figuring that I'm going to have to dig it out of there and replace it.
I did get it going again after messing with it for a minute or two.
If I do go with a used one, I'll be sure to stay away from the newer models.
Although my rear hatch does have some Michigan cancer and if I replaced it with a newer hatch how would I go about that?
Would I have to replace the wiring harness with the one from the old hatch?
