Default 5.9 Build

I have a 5.9 durango and I'm wanting to get 300-350hp at the wheels. All i have right now is a k&n cai and a magnaflow muffler. I'm planning on getting a superchip, doing a custom 3" exhaust, headers, m1 dual plane and 4.10 gears. How close will this get me? also what else do you guys think will be beneficial to helping me reach my goal? I'm looking for bolt ons and to stay n/a

N/A?

Do a SCT tuner through hemifever. It will accomadate mods much better. Roller rockers are popular. Might need to get a cam. For intake manifold I have decided on the Hughes Airgap, but that's preference. 300 HP at the wheels might be tough to get with just bolt ons.

naturally aspirated and I've seen some durangos at some shows that have been around 300 without cams or forced induction. I've been looking into cams but I don't know what kind of hp can be gained from them

That's because of how many different factors there are to a cam. You can go low end torque with minimum high end gains or sacrifice some in the low end to achieve the higher HP. Its all in the preference. With all the upgrades you mentioned the effects of a cam will be more noticed. Especially getting rid of the factory intake manifold. Now as long as you have it tore down to do the cam I would also have the heads ported and possibly shaved if you wish. Get new springs, push rods, and rockers if you are gonna do a cam though. I was planning on doing a cam but my I had to rebuild my tranny instead, maybe later. Do a little research on bionicdodge.com. They are more of a performance oriented forum.

Yep, if you go on ebay and get a blank sct tuner part #9550 he can send you the tunes for it. The 9550 is discontinued.
