Finally all ordered things arrived, because of the holidays I had to wait a long time.
I only need the fine balance so that I mix each can the same with color.
Now it can start with the Raptor liner.
I hope that 11 liters will be enough.

Today I have to practice and test the inside fenders sprayed with Raptor.
With the U-Pol pistol standard.
Mix Raptor Hardener 3: 1, color 10% on Raptor (without hardener) so 75g per bottle.
With a bottle I have not even finished the two inner sides of the fenders, because of the many corners and hollows.
I will also prime the viewing area, that covers better and then does not consume so much Raptor.

Here are some new pictures.
The doors are treated inside with Raptor too.
This mold is sprayed with HVLP gun and 15% urethane Reducer/Thinner at 3.8 bar and 2.0mm nozzle.
The shine is less, color is not dry yet.
Mirror, empleme, paneling, door handle, seal everything dismantled

Are you going to spray the insides of the doors as well? (as in, where all the window stuff is.... which would require removing it all.....) Most of these trucks rust out from the INSIDE.

Yes it does look that way. If so, I'm not a fan at all.

Underneath and in jambs it's not a massive deal, but it seems like a lot of sanding will be needed on the outside of those fenders.
