Default Help finding parts

My front axle hub broke. Top part cracked due to a mount that came off. I cannot find this mount anymore as it is now discontinued. I hope to find someone that may have a wrecked 2000-2003 Durango R/T or SLT with AWD that may have this part if they are selling off parts from the vehicle.

I have the replacement axle hub, but need this missing mount below. I hope someone can lead me to someone that has this part!

Hi Kensai, Where are you from? I suggest trying to find these products at junk shops or other second-hand markets out there. Did you already check the legit sellers online?

Dallas/Ft Worth area. I already checked all the pick and pulls. cannot find any Durango AWD much less 4x4 within 2000-2003. Did not think they are that rare to find. Plenty of 2WD models all over the place.

If I cannot find this part, this will force me to retire my truck permanently and move on to buy a different vehicle. I hate to part with it. If it is this hard to find parts even from pick and pulls, time to move on I guess.

Still no luck finding this part. I will offer anyone $150 and pay for shipping if anyone can obtain this part for me within the next week or two.

I don't want to part with my Durango. Spent so much time and energy to keep it in its excellent condition over the 20 years.

Thanks!

Can you take a pic of its location? Plenty of JYs around here. Unfortunately, everything is locked down due to CV19 and I doubt they will reopen in a week or two.

Thanks Dodgevity,

I forgot about the covid situation! There is no time limit on this then. I will post to everyone the wanted item is over so I hope someone will be able to find this for me....

Here is a screenshot I took from someone else out on internet looking for this same part a few years ago. It's #4 location.

Because I lost this brackett, the the differential housing broke. The crack on diff housing was at top where the top Bracket #1 was holding on to the dif. I have a replacement diff, but don't want to reinstall everything and drive and do not know how long before the stress on diff at top will crack again since mount #4 is missing.

lots of those in boneyards around here..... the part you need isn't a very often needed part unless it was lost or plain ol thrown away..... I just put an engine in my 01 and almost tossed it myself....was a pain to line up right.... but its back in there.

Problem is, I cannot find any Durangos with AWD systems in the Dallas/Ft worth area. I assume the AWD durangos are rare to find. Possibly those rigs are the ones people want to keep vs the tons of 2WD's out in the boneyards..

But anyways, I hope to find this part, otherwise, I will have to to give my durango up and trade it off or sell it.
