Starter cranks 2-3x then stops.

Ok, I read that you had the key in the crank position....

Need to find out just where power is dropping out. Those circuits are all fused, no circuit breakers.... so its probably just a bad connection somewhere. "Where" becomes the million dollar question.

Verify that you still see power from ASD relay, and Fuel pump relay. Also, that you still getting power TO those relays.

Yes I agree. Thank you. This will have to wait until some slightly warmer weather. It’s 10° and windy right now.
I’m thinking it could be a bad ground or connection because of it. Seems like it acts up more when it’s cold.

I know you think you've ruled out the starter but I'd at least pull it off the truck and have a look at the copper contacts in the solenoid. When they wear, the gap is so tiny, it is affected by temps. Won't cost u but a bit of time and if you want to change the contacts, it's less than 20 bucks. Pics in my thread below.
