Default No crank after change dashboard. PLEASE HELP!

Hi all!
If you recognize me by my nickname, you know that I have been rebuilding my 99 Durango 5.2 in recent months after a minor fire. I replaced the entire transmission harness with one from another Durango, which had the exact same wire colors in the same plugs as mine. I soldered it together, insulated it, and I think it's fine. There's probably no way to mess anything up when everything is the same and you're connecting the same cable to the same one. I also replaced the entire dashboard, but every single plug, even the dashboard number under the cluster, is identical. Everything looks identical—the same numbers, same wire colors, and same plugs as in the previous dashboard.I compared them with both side by side.
But my problem after putting everything together and trying to start it is that the starter motor dont crank after turning the ignition to the START position. I've already bridged the pins in the starter relay, and it starts perfectly. I've applied power directly from the battery to the thin, brown starter signal cable, and it cranks as it should. All I hear when I turn the ignition is the knocking/ticking/snapping of the relay I also replaced the relays, but it didn't help. I'd also like to add that the fuel pump delivers fuel as it should after the ignition is turned on. The SECURITY light goes out along with the other warning lights, so the immobilizer can be ruled out.
Please tell me what to check, what to do, because I'm running out of ideas.
Based on this video, I have a constant positive voltage where it should be. I have 12V at the yellow pin immediately after I turn the ignition to the START position and hear the fuel pump. When I turn the ignition back, the voltage at this pin disappears, which is basically how it should be. I also don't have the gear shift cable connected yet, so I manually shifted the gearbox to P and N, but it still didn't help.

PLEASE HELP GUYS.. This car means a lot to me. I have a huge sentimental attachment to it.

yes, it clicks very clearly, every single time when I turn ignition to the start.

Do you see power at the trigger wire on the starter when the relay clicks??

you know what, when i tried to crank the starter with the starter relay removed, I could still hear some clicking noise somewhere under the hood. So maybe I was wrong in saying that it was the starter relay clicking.. I haven't checked yet whether I have power in the starter motor signal wire, but I know that if I apply power directly from the battery positive to this wire, the starter starts. But I have a question: what should I check if I don't have voltage on this wire? I assume it should appear when I try to turn the ignition?

Four wires on the relay, two will be for the control circuit, and two will be a power feed for the starter, and the last will go to the starter.

Pin 30 is hot at all times. It's fed thru fuse 9 in the PDC, and supplies battery voltage. (40 amp fuse? Wow....)
Pin 87 goes to the starter motor.
Pin 86 is power feed from the ignition switch, it is hot with the key in the start position.
Pin 85 is the ground side of the control circuit. It is ground thru the park/neutral switch on the trans. (and another feed goes off to the PCM..... unsure if that would actually allow the relay to trigger though.....)

So, verify you have power at pin 30, then check to see if you get power at 86 with the key in the start position. if those check out, make sure pin 85 does indeed go to ground.

PIN 30 to the pin marked in green right? If yes, I have the power 12v all the time, without ignition too.
Is the pin marked in red pin 86? If so, I have voltage when the ignition is turned to position two, when the fuel pump starts, and when I turn the ignition all the way on I have 12v
Please confirm if I measured the correct pins.

Need to grant me access to the pic.

86 should only have power when the key is in the start position. Pin 30 will have power all the time.

Done.
Is it a problem that the power comes on a degree earlier? The voltage remains there when the ignition is turned all the way to the left?

If you still have power at pin 86 with the ignition on, that's gonna be a problem. You don't want the starter running any time the trans is in park, or neutral..... Bad ignition switch? Or crossed wiring somewhere?
