Have your ball joints checked. Since your Durango is a 01 model, you may check to see if you did the ball joint recall. If the joints are fine, you may want to remove the rubber mounts on the anti-swaybar and relubricate them. Mine was getting louder and louder as humidty outside really drops. But on rainy days, no noise at all. Problaby because it got wet. I had my mechanic take the rubber mountings off and lubricated them and now no more sqeaking squaking noises.

On my 1999 Durango it's the rear stabilizer bar bushings (front ones have never made noise). (Good picture in Haynes manual.) Have tried Silicon spray & WD40 but they only last a day or 2. Get motorcycle chain lube with Bee's Wax. Pull, clean & lube the bushings & the mounting area. Reinstall & torque to specs. You don't want these coming undone. Had to go to a motorcycle shop to find the lube.

Lasts 6 months to a year & then you have to do it again. Of course, if they are dryrotted, change the bushings but I'd still lube them with the chain lube as even new ones can make the noise. I think it's a design problem.

I used some stuff from permatex IIRC that was copper colored when I installed the rear spacers in my M3. never a squeek out of them. I'll see if I can find it when I get home.
