I think that all depends on your altitude and weather conditions. But I think it is about right. I have read that the 5.9 2wd get into the high 15 if I remember correctly. With your engine being smaller and having the 4wd it will severely handicap you. I think there is a canversion table in street/strip to give you an estimate onwhat you should be running in perfect conditions.

why would you even care about a 1/4 mile time? it's not even close to a vehicle a smart person would want to drag race...

mine did 16.5 in the 1/4 mile last summer. that only with and intake, exhaust and 31" tires.

if you have 3.55 gears, then swap them out with 3.92's then you'll notice a big difference.

[sm=funnypostabove.gif]I love the look on the faces of the ricers when they go down.[sm=violin.gif] Talk about a kodak moment. [sm=Flahssssss.gif]

Anyway I took my truck down to the raceway and timed it. AllI had doneup to this point (3 years ago) is put lightning bolt decals and a set of ricer decalson the front fendermy truck and I rolled a 13 on thequarter. If anyone wants a great power upgrade I'd defenatly step up and get into the decals.

Stickers aren't the way to go, it is all about the big "Type R" decall I have seen on some american cars. I've gotten my *** handed to me several times by those people. I can't imagine the massive amount of work it took to make an Oldsmobile into a Type R!!!!!!!!!

lol
