Default UHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, HELP!!

Ok, Well, I got my wiring harness today and well, there are more differences than you guys stated. Here are the things I can handle:
1. CTS wire (which I already new about)
2.MAP sensor wire is not long enough, I can just splice that.
3. Single brown wire to the starter is different on the end, mine just has a single female flat plug.

Things I am not sure about:
1.Fuel injector plugs are different shape and do not fit my injectors. (Same color wires)
2. TPS plug is different (same color wires)
3.IAC plug is different (same color wires)
And this is what I have found after a quick look through, my question is can I somehow take the plugs off and switch them without cutting the wires, or do I have to buy the sensors and fuel rail from him? PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!!

I got the harness from a 98 DOHC engine, I also just found that the alternator and VSS are different, by the way, how do you get the VSS off? Mine is the gray three plug one, the one on the new harness is a black one like the coilpack and cam sensor and such. HELP ASAP!!

If all else fails, you *can* just splice in the old connectors, just make sure they are secure splices!

The VSS is held on by (1) 10mm bolt.

Where is the bolt? We are both talking about a auto, right? I guess I didnt look the best, but I dont think I saw a bolt. Anyways, So far I have the IAT sensor, TPS sensor, and alternator spliced and taped, but grrr, I ran out of splicers lol. I think I will be able to get it to work fairly well, But, Didnt you guys tell me it would be a direct fit except for the CTS?????
