the only differnece is the hood and front bumber that is it

The bodies are the same and no $hit the vin is different that is the point of going with the gen2 is for cheaper insurance. DUH HUH
Not to wish you bad luck but after your first ticket you are going to wish you had it in a gen2 body. I have the srt4 complete drive train in my gen1 and exhaust and just the sound of it begs to be punished[sm=badbadbad.gif]The srt 4 should've had horns, pitchfork, and a spiked tail

this pic kinda lookes like a lap weld that is welded on one side, but i guess you must have welded it after the pic. It also looked like the first part started over paint.

the post that you put 12 volt looks like thats were it was tach welded.. welll to me anyways

at the front its welded but it looks tached the rest of the way down


and Scrap i wasnt saying anything about the welds i believe it will hold up i was just saying that a patch would be sensible but im pretty sure what you said you did is you didnt do like a butt weld together that you matched the 2 bodies up or something idk but i want to see some far away pictures not of just the rear when you get all done take it outside and get a good pic...

i do agree to the fact that i would rather just put in the srt4 engine becuz of insurance reasons.. but hey i would love to have the srt4. and im just jealous

like i was saying beforemaybe the car will do just fine. When i was 17 i did some crazy/stupid stuff in cars, maybe hes not like me but most are.

Just trying to say that alot of forcegets put into that part of the car when you do high speed turning.And to be sure that its 100%, before you start drifting.
