Just put the pulley on the crank, if you have to, tap it a little bit with a brass hammer, then just put the bolt in and tighten er up! Alot easier than taking it off[:@]

I know mine I only had to have it on a 1/4 inch and my bolt reached the crank[&:] If not, go to the auto parts store and they should have a kit that is made for it, it will have studs that screw into the crank and then it has a threaded end for the stud and a big end, should be about 7/8 that you put a wrench on, and it has a washer with the pulley under it. As you turn it, it will push the pulley on.

^ still wasn't big enough. none of their screws could fit. this is really beginning to irritate me.

you can either get a longer bolt that threads in more and use an impact gun on it. or maybe clean the surface with a wire brush till your arms are tired and do that or heat up the pully in the oven to about 250 deg and slide it on that way

Yeah, like garrett said, I would just go and find another bolt that is longer, just remember, it is metric so a 3/8 inch bolt wont work, good luck finding one that long

if you heatit up and use the wire brush you should be alright with it sliding on far enough that you can thread the bolt on there
