Default spudsterier or those wih srt4 turbo

Just curious as to what kinda of fuel mileage you are getting with the srt 4 turbo set up? driving on a normal day?
just wondering how drastic the change was, I'm thinking of going that way also
thanks Brian

i ran 8psi with mine and it worked fine.....my problems came when i didnt have a catch can and found out then when i really hit the gas, it shot alot of oil out of the motor......after a long day of really hard driving i ended up loosing alot of oil and didnt realize it until i heard a rod knocking[&:]

oil would come out of the pcv valve and the valve cover valve...alot of turbo motors have that problem, only way to really fix it is to install an oil catch can, and watch your oil level

If its blowing out thru the pcv would there also be oil getting pushed into the Intake manifold thru the pcv line?
interesting
I know if you take the pcv valve hose off it runs rough, but i wonder what would happen if you blocked it off or possibly run a return line from the pcv back to the oil pan...
is it from the boost pressure that makes the oil shoot out of the valves?
I'd think there would have to be a way to prevent having oil blow out

I'll have to look at mine and try to think of something,
do even the new SRT 4s have this problem?
maybe they have done something on those that could be done on a 2.0L

if you blocked it off then you would have bigger problems....the crankcase needs the vent
it is boost pressure that causes it.....when you have a n/a car, it make vaccum that sucks air in...boost pushes it out..
srt4's do have the same problem but not as bad.....their solution is the catch can
