wtf...wtf....wtf...wtf...wtf...wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!
si i got to messing with my wires today and this is what i found out:
my pcm, obdII port, and fuel pump are not getting any power...
so, i bypassed all the wires for my fuel pump...connected a jumper wire from under the pdcat the output wire from the fuel pump relay and connected it directly to the fuel pump....turn on the ignition and nothing..
so what i have found out is that there is power going to and from the fuel pump fuse and the engine ignition feed fuse......and there is power at the fuel pump relay....but no output.....i replaced the relay with known good relays and still nothing.....
spent 5 hours tracing wires and still cant figure out anything.....i just find it odd that the car worked fine wheni put it in the garage....now it doesnt[:@]
im very close to ripping the motor back out of the car and starting all over again....but i honestly dont think i can find anything since the whole car is in pieces and still no luck...im getting tired of messing with this thing and dont wanna have to go out and buy all new wire harnesses for the entire car[&:]
why would i be getting power to the pdc, but nothing out to the pcm, fuel pump, or obdII port....everything else works fine
anyone know what wire(s) supplies power to the pcm????

I dunno if this would help spud. Since i dunno much about wireing but could there be a burnt/broken wire inside the fuse box causeing it to not get power?
are you getting power / ground to trigger the realy?... that power comes from the PCM of course..
too bad im not closer i can find wiring problems easy once i know how they work, and i know how neons are. just really hard to explain anything. [&:]

my problem is that i dont know which wire is the trigger wire for the relay.....i know the larger wires to the pdc, red/white...green/white...and solid red are getting power....but there is a brown wire that connects to the fuel pump relay that has no power.....
i had the pdc all ripped apart yesterday and checked all the wires......it just confuses me because the ignition feed fuse in the dash has power to and from it and so do all the fuses in the pdc and none are blown
im gonna go outside in a few minuites and replace the engine harness......hopefully i messed sumthing up there and thats all it is[&:]

well i was messing around in the garage and realized that i dont have another engine harness that i can use....ends up the good one i had just so happened to be the same harness i was cutting all my plugs off of to use on the good motor.....so i guess i need to find another good engine harness....or doALOT of splicing with new wires[&:]
im getting sick of this and am seriously thinking about just scrapping the project and selling everything and just buying a 4 wheeler....but i guess that would be a worse idea then just trying to fix it[:@]

I know how you feel. Best thing take a day or two break from it. I just about bet you it is something simple.

see ive tried to take a break from it but i just cant....ive been over every wire 3 or 4 times in the engine compartment and jsut cant sem to find anything.....it doesnt help for the fact that there isnt anyone that can help me, and i dont know what wires are supposed to have power in the "on" position and which arent.....but i guess i do have a buick sitting out in the driveway that i need to do a motor swap on so i can get it out of here...maybe i will spend a few days doing that..then going back to the r/t
there ya go break off it for a while
I have a wiring diagram book for when I was doing the srt 4 2.4 swap as soon as I can get to it I will look up what I can for you. It is just right now I have a cast on my right leg and that makes it a little hard to drive a straight drive to my shop.
