im not sure about the engine weight....without the head, i can lift the block by myself and set it on a table and 2 people can lift a fully assembled motor fairly easily.....
your chain location should be fine.....i usually go front to back....and i have actually used 1 of the intake manifold bolts and 1 of the bolts that hold te power steering resivoir to the head

Yeah, I plan on getting it right. The entire reason I pulled it is becuase the water pump locked up, breaking the timing belt. So I decided to pull the head to check the valves, plus several seals/gaskets were leaking.

But when you fix your own stuff you take much more pride in it. My hat is off to junkie97neon for jumping in with both hands. Getting dirty and learning to do it by himself
