Default am i not supposed to drive this car????

im just getting pissed now....maybe i should sell the car and take up the srt4 offer

so.....first it was the wiring harness problem....
then there was a rear brake caliper problem....replaced the caliper, not it doesnt leak anymore
then a front brake line problem....replaced the line, now it doesnt leak anymore
now aparenty there is another brake related problem sumwhere......i have no brakes at all....i cant even get any pressure to build up......when you brake the bleeders loose, fluid comes out....though more fluid comes out of the rear calipers then the fronts....or atleast the passenger front...
i just replaced the piece that all the brake lines connect too, (the piece that holds the fluid resivoir) and still, no brakes....
fluid is full....
pedal goes all the way to the floor
no fluid leaks that i can see
can the big black drum part of the master cylinder be bad?????

oh and now my alternator doesnt work either......but i think brake fluid might off shorted it out since the brake line was leaking right by there[:@]

Your master cylinder may be bad, if the booster was bad you would have brakes, just not power brakes

Hey spud, did you ever take all the fluid out of the master cylinder? Sounds like you have the problem I did with there being air in the system. Mainly the master cylinder. They way I solved the problem was I raised the back end of the car, lowered the front end... basically made it so the master cylinder was level.. Then bleed the brakes from there.. Worth a shot

yeah all the fluid was out of the master cylinder because i replaced all the brake lines......i replaced the master cylinder and brake booster a bit ago and still have nothing.......pedel still goes all the way to the floor...
there has to be air sumwhere....but i can leave the bleeders open and the fluid just flows out......
i just cant seem to find air in it anywhere....
i think i have been through almost 2 big bottles of brake fluid today....
i guess i will let the car sit for a few days so i can get some other peoples cars done and out of my driveway......maybe monday or tuesday i will give it another shot....unless i get antsy

when you open the bleeders and tap the pedal is there any pressure?
does it squirt out?
So you just went out to your car one day and the pedal went to the flloor? not after replacing something?

if you replaced the booster and still had no brakes
is it possible the rod either fell out, or is out of adjustment

i replaced all the rubber brake lines with stainless steel braided lines.....
if the bleeders are open, and the pedel is being pumped, fluid does squirt out.....
after you close the bleeder, and pump the brakes a few times i can get a little pressure.....then once you let off the pedel and press it down again, the presure is completely gone.....
im just getting confused....i cant seem to get any air out of the bleeders...just fluid

spud did anyone ever put something besides brake fluid in the system? if any kind of oil gets in there it will eat the rubber hoses and seals in evrything. maybe that happened at one time...
