most states its illegal to have blue or red lights (other than tailights) on the exterior of the car. and some states, like texas, will ticket you 500 bucks for each light. even if they are on the inside, if you can see the actual lightbulb from another vehicle, its illegal.

Here is Mass underbody neons are illegal. And in our neighboring state CT I think the law goes that they are legal however not the colors red or blue because those are emergency colors.

get those color changing one i use to have them i just used them in parking lots and for off road(show)use cops cant get you in parking lots....but in the streets if you have blue of sometimes red you can get finned.
