like they said about the injectors you dont need them, unless of course you get an adjustable fuel regulator to up your fuel pressure a few psi and that is only another 3-4 horse.
even with an adjustable regulator you still wont be able to up the fuel pressure any higher then the stock 49psi because of the stock regulator in the pump.....only way to up the fuel pressure is to remove the stock regulator by doing the "spoolboy mod" or install an external inline fuel pump...but either way you need to install a fuel return line
even with a turbo you can still use the stock injecotrs unless you plan on running more then 10 pounds of boost
alright thanks everyone. sounds like if i want to have a semi fast neon the ishould just get the srt tubo setup. the car will definently be faster with just the turbo as opposed to nothing but bolt-ons. and i dont want to do the internals so the srt tubo or hahn tubo kit would be the way to go. guess its time to start saving.
now how fast will it do in the 1/4 mi. with just the srt turbo?
well that would be stupid if i spent all that money on bolt ons and still would only run 14.5s. when i can spend about a grand on the srt turboand run 13s...thats wat imma do
i watched a guy at the track in a sohc n/a neon run a 14.2 he had nitrous there to use but didnt. with the bottle he ran a 13 something. onlly using a 50 shot since those were the ony jets he had for it lol
