Thats what i was thinkin dude are you nuts a mustang svt those are special vehicle teams engines dunno to much bout fords but i know those things run my buddy had a lincoln with one in it when we were in school and nobody could touch it so they must know what they are doin.If i were you I would just do an srt-4 swap if you have the money and if not just take the money you got and build your engine.

 

My buddy has the '04 STV cobra with just a aftermarket exhaust. Jesus christ is that thing loud. He throws it in reverse and its louder than my car at 5RPM's hah seriously idc how much it wieghs its packing 390HP and 390LB of torque the thing is ridiculous

greastest thing is he got it for 25K

 

just go to modernperformance.com i mean you know they've got their hahn racecraft turbo kits which are actually good quality kitsthat come with mostly everything you'll need and they are good guys very helpful. they also have rebuild kits for the bottom and top end if your planning on going with lower 8.6:1 compression. if you dont wanna go turbo just go to howell and order the freaking high compression stroked 2.4 long block crate motor and spray it all the way haha good luck and i think with that setup you should keep up with an svt those are pretty quick

get this turbo kit if ur gonna do the ebay kit. it comes with everything. but for that much u might as well go with the srt turbo.

 

He just wnats to be a little faster, the Ebay Turbo kit is good enough. If you find the right one you do get all the parts for $400, besides you need oiling lines and turbo and manifold the rest is easy to find or mod, The Turbo should at least last a few years and besides $400 Turbo vs $2500 Hahn. If you don't plan on building the internals up I'd just go with the Ebay Turbo. The turbo is built well enough to last at least 5 years till you get sick of your Neon or can afford a better Turbo.

Ibought anSRT-4 Intercooler and today my brother showed me this kick *** one he had sitting in his garage so I'm selling the SRT-4 Intercooler for $150 obo.

 

so whats wrong with that 1000 dollar one i just posted? im considering that and the srt turbo. since i dont know a whole lot about turbos then i think that that kit that comes with everything will help me out.

 

i wasnt thinking that i could beat the mustang i just havent race any vehicle that can out run my car so i saw a mustang and was not really trying to race just lined up with him..

so im pretty much gonna think about the Ebay turbo,, or at least everything that is needed then get the srt4 turbo.. but im reall confused right now and want power right now but i know if i even get the money to buy the turbo i will most likely not have the time or knowledge to do it...

ok about the intercooler.. i know ive asked this before but then i saw the picture of the guy who made his own CAI and it looked liek teh intercooler, so if i dont have a turbo will i see any performance from the intercooler?

 

no you wont. it will just look pretty. and the intake didnt look like the intercooler it just looked like the intercooler piping im sure. u must not really pay much attention or somethin cuz damn! if u asked the question already and the answer was no then its still NO!
